Outlook.com Email Delivery

It has come to our attention that Outlook.com, a service operated by Microsoft, has recently changed its email scanning and delivery policies. As a result, some emails sent to Outlook.com addresses may not be delivered successfully.

If you receive a bounce-back message when sending to an Outlook.com mailbox, please be aware that this issue is currently being addressed.

The next action is with the University's network team, who will be updating the dunelm.org.uk domain records to align with Microsoft's new requirements.
